How soon will my order ship?
One of a kind pieces in the Contra Collection are in stock and ship within 1-2 business days. All other jewelry is made to order but typically ships within 2-3 business days. See the item description for specific shipping times.
How much is shipping?
All orders over $75 ship free via USPS First Class Mail. (That includes international orders.) All US orders over $125 receive free USPS Priority Shipping. US customers can also select UPS Ground or USPS Express shipping at checkout for an additional fee. All orders ship from our studios in central Pennsylvania.
How will my order ship?
Our jewelry is incredibly durable and ships in a padded mailer. Larger orders may ship in a box. Each piece of jewelry comes beautifully packaged in a gift box tied with a bow, perfect for gifting. (Or self-gifting!)
What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! Please note that the customer is responsible for all import taxes or duties.
Do you accept returns?
Unworn items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a refund or shop credit. Items purchased between November 1st and December 25th can be returned anytime until January 15th of the following year. Email info@meganauman.com to arrange a return.
What do I do if my jewelry needs repaired or refinished?
We stand by the quality of our jewelry and will repair any damage due to our defects for the lifetime of the product. For well loved jewelry, we are happy to offer complimentary refinishing. (Meaning if your steel isn't looking as black as it used to, we'll gladly refinish it!) To request a repair or refinish, please email info@meganauman.com
How do I care for steel jewelry?
Steel is a lightweight and durable material that is great for jewelry. Your steel jewelry is coated to prevent rust, however we recommend removing your steel jewelry before showering, swimming, or deep sea diving. The black finish on your steel jewelry lasts longer than traditional oxidized silver, however over time and wear it may become lighter or brighter. If you would like your steel jewelry returned to its original matte black, simply email info@meganauman.com to request a complimentary refinish.
How do I care for bronze jewelry?
All our bronze jewelry is left untreated. You can allow your bronze jewelry to develop a natural patina over time, or clean it using a polishing cloth. We do not recommend using commercial liquid jewelry cleaners on any bronze jewelry that also contains steel. If you would like your bronze and steel jewelry refinished, please email info@meganauman.com
How do I care for silver jewelry?
All our silver jewelry is made using Argentium, a sustainable, 100% reclaimed alloy of sterling silver that is more tarnish resistant and should stay bright over time. If you do notice some tarnish on your silver jewelry, it can be cleaned with a polishing cloth. We do not recommend using commercial liquid jewelry cleaners on any silver jewelry that also contains steel. What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, as well as payment via PayPal. You can also split your purchase into four interest-free payments using AfterPay.
How secure is this store?
This store uses Shopify payments via Stripe and PayPal for payments. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
